Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) is a non profit 501 (c)(3) organization that creates entry level career pathways for post 9/11 military veterans and recent college graduates anywhere in the U.S. Our app allows you to select skill sets based on the needs of your company. In turn, WOS provides you with affordable, high-quality IT and Business Operations talent.
WOS partners with corporations throughout the USA to create diversity entry level talent pipelines to sustain emerging needs, whether it’s business analysis, application development, project management or virtually any other area of business. Once our consultants are placed at a company, we provide them with ongoing mentorship so that they have the support and resources needed to acclimate smoothly.
While we provide jobs for fellow Americans and give them the opportunity to ultimately chart their own paths to personal, professional, and financial independence, our partner corporations benefit from direct and in-direct cost savings and have flexibility in hiring our consultants on a full time basis when the time is right for them.

WOS Custom Programs
For companies in need of developing their talent pipeline
We put our consultants through a certificate program at an accredited university where they are taught skills directly relevant to their future positions at your company. Consultants then begin working on site and utilize skills acquired through their certificate program.
WOS On Demand
For companies in need of talent immediately
We place our consultants with requisite skills into entry-level positions where they can gain the workplace knowledge they need on site to build a solid career foundation.
WOS Managed Services
For companies in need of locally outsourced talent
We place our consultants on or off site to provide diagnostics and technical resolution i.e. help desk support. Our consultants can work in cooperation with your technical team or as stand-alone.
